Asif Kanji

An Architect and a Photographer based in Pakistan, Asif completed BArch from National College of Arts, Lahore and graduated in January 2009.
He had been working on the project of Heritage preservation center with HeritageFoundation in 2005-earthquake areas of Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which included the restoration of 6/178 historic structures located and marked endangered and three publications of National register - Historic places of Pakistan. Working with Heritage Foundation in Karachi, celebrating My Karachi – My Heritage on 23rd March 2010 Pakistan resolution day, Kanji did a photographic street exhibition on the historical buildings of Karachi and activities surrounding them. He has been working on digital media which includes animations and graphics.
He is founder of a design based group called Millimeter and has been involved in various volunteer innitiatives such as “Eidi for Cancer Patients.”
