Part of the SLICE Project

Conceived in the locale behind the Lahore City Railway Station, the 16 frames explore the site along with the various cultural, political and economic factors that weave through the urban fabric of the area. Using photographic imagery with comic characters, they pose the everyday in a manner that both affects viewers and takes on new meaning from them in turn. The comics were printed and pasted along the SLICE, with a particular emphasis on location and placement to focus on the target audience.
