We are the TECHNOCRATS: members of the technically skilled general public.

To elaborate on the above: It is peculiar to a lot of us, given the circumstances of the country, as to how Pakistan is still on the map. Throughout its history, members of the elite have felt it their duty to pull it apart. Henceforth, we have analysed the situation and reached a conclusion: the term technocrat needs to be revised. This revision should clearly indicate our context. Technocrats in Pakistan are the general public, who, out of ignorance or for the lack of luxury-to-live-in-blissful-ignorance, have felt it their duty to do their part justly and righteously.
